Tammy and Scott are just the sweetest couple; there is no other way to describe them. They are the kind of people who instantly make you feel like part of the family or a life long friend, that’s how genuinely lovely they are. I initially met Tammy and Scott in April last year, what started out as a brief catch up to talk weddings turned into a 2 1/2 hour chit chat! Tammy & I would then periodically email monthly with our countdowns...Tammy's to her wedding day and me to the due date of my daughter who she affectionately nicknamed 'Pinkie'! So to say I was a little excited when their big day finally arrived is an understatement and boy did it not disappoint.
Tammy looked stunning in her Ronald Joyce gown & gorgeous Rachel Simpson shoes while Scott looked very handsome in his Victor Valentine suit & Paul Smith shoes. The book theme which ran through the whole day from the rings being presented in a hollowed out book to the table centre pieces was perfectly in keeping with the venue; The Old Library, which was originally one of Birmingham’s first free library's.
The day was such fun from start to finish. Their band; The Establishment had people up and dancing as soon as the ceremony was over and comedy waiters; A Spanner In The Works confused and amused guests with their jokes which began with serving Carrot & Jelly Baby canapés and got more outrageous as the meal went on with a maintenance man drilling and diners getting head massages! I think it took a while for some of the guests to twig!
Tammy & Scott your day was just amazing, thank you for making me feel so welcome. I wish you all the happiness in the world xx
